The Sacral Chakra (Orange)

The Sacral Chakra is the Energy Center of Acceptance and by working with our sacral chakra, we can learn to accept others and new experiences in life.
It is located above the lower abdomen and is a few inches up from the root chakra. It is also known as the center of our emotional selves, which is where the emotional ties are located in this
chakra. This area has us being more in touch with our well-being and conscious self. This chakra is also the one to work with for when attracting abundance into our lives.

If you come across someone you don't like either on a phone call or in a physical situation the best course of action is to send this chakra's colour out to them either through the telephone or through to their energy direct, this will make them stop to think twice or not approach you in the way that they would usually do.

The sacral healing energy center works with bringing things into perspectives for relationships and friendships between other people. By working with your sacral chakra, you will soon be more self-accepting of yourself and what you've been through, and also be more aware of the harmony in your surroundings and people within that environment that are impacting on your life.

The sacral chakra also is the chakra to work with if you have a lot of emotional tie cutting and cord cutting as this is the emotional cords that are attached around your centers, which you are letting go off within the past. The element of this chakra is water. A blockage in this chakra can cause distress if not healed within the center itself.

This energy center teaches us to be honest about our dreams and our manifested desires. It is also, some would say, the center of our intuition as an open and balanced sacral chakra would allow
us to love ourselves freely and unconditionally without lack of guilt or regret.
